This is a sought after project. Above Main street but in a quiet wooded setting, these usually sell fast. Sales in 2003 ranged from $220,000 to $320,000. No sales in 2004, but in 2005 five units sold at prices of $436,000 to $570,000. Since then 7 units have been sold at prices ranging from $355.000 to $420,000 and $484,500 for a one and loft 2 bath unit in 2006. (all 7 sold in 2006)
