Timberridge is set high on the hill with ski-in access from the Canyon Lodge lifts area. The project has 54 units. No sales in 2003 but in 2004 the 4 units that sold went for $460,000 to $675,000. In 2005 two units closed at  $465,000 and $585,000. In 2006 there were 2 sales of 2/2.5 units, one for $650,000 and the other for $665,000.  No sales in 2007. Four sales in 2008 from $310,000 to $445,000. Two sales in 2009, $210,000 and $405,000. No sales in 2010
