Sunshine Village in a wooded setting next to the new Sierra Star golf course, is an 80 unit project with pool and tennis. 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom + loft units were priced from mid 100's to high $100's in 2002. In 2003 sales ranged from $183,000 to $230,000. In 2004 the range was from $250,000 for a one bedroom unit to $480,000 for a 2 and loft. Range on 9 sales in 2005 was from $270,000 to $502,500.
