Summit complex is a very short walk to the Eagle Express chair lift and Juniper Springs and Sunstone Lodges This area is a good bet for future appreciation, so the prices of these units were a giveaway for a few years. There are 210 units in Summit and the project has been recently painted and resided. 2003 prices have ranged from $190,000 for a one bedroom unit to $480,000 for a 2 bedroom and loft unit. For 2004 closed escrows ranged from $239,000 to $570,000. 2005 saw 15 closed escrows with prices from $281,500 to $750,000. In 2006 there were 7 sales with prices ranging from $400,000-$650,000. In 2007 there were 2 sales for 1 bedroom and loft for $345,000 and $420,000. A 2 and loft sold for $698,000. No sales in 2008, but in 2009 there were 2 sales, both 1/1 units for $179,500 and $235,000. In 2010 there were 8 sales ranging from $171,500 for a 1/1 to $328,000 for a 2/loft, 3 bath for $328,000 Summit was built from 1973 to 1977.
