Sales in 2000 ranged from about $230,000 for the smaller unit to $320,000 for the 2 and loft. In 2003 the range was $290,000 to $590,000. In 2004 prices jumped to $358,000-$360,000 for one bedroom units to $400,000-$459,000 for one and loft to $586,000-$698,000 for 2 and loft to $785,000 for a 3 and loft unit. 2005, 8 sales $397,000 to $730,000. 2006 $640,000-$750,000 2 sales. 2007 3 sales from $339,000 from for one bedroom unit to $860,000 for 3 and loft. 2008 1 sale a 1/1 for $339,900. 2009 4 sales 1/1 at $215,000, 1L at $270,000 and 2- 2 and lofts at $520,000 and $540,000. 3 sales in 2010 from $195,000 to $508,900 for a 3L/3

Phase Two. 123 units built in 1980-81. Same sizes as phase one with sale prices of units in 2003 ranging from $340,000 to $625,000. In 2004 there were sales of the one bedroom units ranging from $335,000-$480,000 and 2 and loft units from $600,000-$616,000. 2005, 7 sales $395,000-$870,000. 2006 5 sales $420,000-$680,000 2007 8 sales from $368,000-$840,000. 2008 4 sales from $368,000 for 1/1 to $650,000 for 2L/3. No sales in 2009. 3 sales in 2010 from $258,000 for 1/1 to $500,000 for 3L/3

Phase Three. 86 units built in 1983-84. Sales in 2003 ranged from $580,000 to $645,000. For 2004 prices continued to increase with closed escrows from $375,000 to $689,000. 2005, 4 sales ranged $475,000 to $982,500 In 2006 2 sales $400,000-$890,000 (3L-2.5) In 2007 4 sales $532,000-$805,000. 2 sales in 20008 $670-$700. 3 sales in 2009 $470-$700. 2010 3 sales from $210,000 for a 1/1 to $630,000 for a 3L/3

Phase Four. 139 units built in 1986-88. These units added propane heat and are 2 bedroom, 2 bath, to 3 bedroom and loft, 2 bath in size. Prices in 2003 ranged from $510,000 to $537,000. A big jump in 2004 saw closed escrows ranging from $429,000-$555,000 for 2 bedroom units, to $625,000 to $800,000 for 3 and loft, all the way to $1.2-$1.4 million for 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhomes. 2005 sales $537,000-$1,272,500. 2006, 4 sales, $585,000-$985,000. 2007 5 sales from $463,000 to-$989,000. 2008 3 sales $463,500-$989,000. 2009 4 sales $325,000-$925,000. In 2010 2 sales, $318,000 for 2/2 and $710,00 for 3L/3.5

Phase Five. Started in 1989 There are over 100 units These range in size from 2 bedroom, 2 bath to very large 4 bedroom units. Prices of units sold in 2003 ranged from a low of about $430,000 to $975,000 and really exploded in 2004 when the smaller 2 bedroom units reached a range of $475,000 to $741,000 and 3 bedroom, 3 bath went for $741,000 to $829,000. The largest golf course townhomes sales ranged from just over $1 million to $1,700,000. 2005 sales 27 units from $572,500 to two bedrooms to $1,559,000 for four bedroom units. 2006 sales, 12, from $575,000 to $1,620,000. 2007 sales, 11, from $510,000-$1,257,000. 2008 sales, 6, from $430,000-$1,000,000. In 2009 there were 12 sales of 2 bedroom and 2/L units for $393,900-$550,000, 3 sales for 3/3 units for 615,000-$654,500 and 3 sales for 4 bedroom units for $755,000-$856,000. In 2010, 10 sales of 2/2 units for $430,000-$530,000, 9 sales of 3/3 units for $515,000-$ 560,000 and 4 sales of 4 bedroom units for $870,000-$910,000
