This complex was an easy entry level project for locals interested in buying instead of renting. 2 bedroom 1 or 2 bath had 2002 prices in the low $100's. By 2004 closed escrows ranged from $255,000 to $352,000.  Six sales in 2005 from $285,000 to $350,000. One sale in 2006 for a 2/1 at $375,000. No sales in 2007. In 2008 there was one sale, a 2/1 for $250,000. In 2009 there was one sale for a 2/1 for $165,250 (REO). In January of 2010 a 2/1 sold for $156,000. Close in town but off the main traffic flow.
