In 2002 prices were in the mid to high $200's 2003 saw a range of $220,000 to $335,000 and in 2004, a 1 one and loft closed at $410,000 and a 2 and loft at 635,000. Four sales in 2005,  prices $415,000 to $550,000. No sales in 2006 or 2007. There were 2 sales in 2008, a one bedroom, 2 bath for $270,000 and a 2and loft, 3 bath (REO) for $485,000
