48 town home units close to town and on the shuttle route. These are large condos with 3 and 4 bedrooms and in 2002 prices were in the mid to high $200's For 2003 a unit sold for $315,000. Prices jumped up to $460,000 to $533,000 in 2004 when 5 of the large units closed escrow. In 2005 three units closed at prices ranging from $525,000 to $550,000. A 3/2 unit sold for $610,000 in 2006. No sales in 2007 or 2008
